[Really Advanced] How to Move Blocks [1.1.12] [Minecraft 1.0.0] [Mcp 5.0]

This ist hthe third time i ask thist question in this forum... so: How is it possible to move a block like it was moved by a piston without making an entity out of it...

detail: I want to make a mod with an block called Motor, that is able to move blocks through the air. it should do the same like the controller block in the zeppelin mod:

i have all things i need, like fuel a bigger crafting table and so on but i'm NOT able to move the fu***** blocks...
