As I read from Notch's Blog, the new rules are:

* Mods must only be playable by people who have bought Minecraft
* You can’t sell your mods or make money off them unless you’ve got a separate license deal with us
* The mods must not be malicious (obviously)
* We retain the right to use your mod idea and implement it ourselves
in Minecraft. This is to prevent the situation where we have to avoid
adding a feature just because there’s a mod out there that does
something similar. It’s also great for dealing with bug fixes provided
by the community.

Check out that bold one. It says that you can't sell your mod, that includes CONTENT, for money, unless you got a license with Mojang. ZombieCraft needs to pay to get a map. And it is an absurd! I told them that if they want a license, they have to make maps free and/or get a license with Mojang and Treyarch. By the way, that noob davadude, he said they were not making money from the mod, but off the DLCs they make, which is a nooby map. If you wanna buy it, think: "why would I buy it? I can't even make maps!"

3ARCH because they made Zombies mode for CoD: WaW and CoD: BO and they said they do not want to copy CoD.

This is my advise,
RockyMC.
