And when i try to launch in real minecraft with all the item.png it doesn't launches it shows me the starting icon MINECRAFT and then minecraft just shuts down?

Instead of using 2EMERALD, try using EMERALDTWO, the compiler for 1.5 doesn't like variables beginning with numbers (as it should be with all compilers).
